Vergleich mercedes dot4 plus ate sl.6

SL dot 4 vs Type 200 ATE - BobIsTheOilGuy Mercedes typically specs Dot 4+, but that's not really a normal spec like Dot 3 or Dot 4. I'd go by the wet and dry boiling points. I've used Pentosin Super Dot 4 which has been recommended in the forums in the past, but there's also lots of other Dot 4 plus fluids out there with better specs.

ATE brake fluids - ATE International It spec is DOT4 class 6 (AKA super DOT4) however its compatible with all DOT 4. it is a low viscosity make to ISO standard. I just checked normal Pagid brake fluid and it only says DOT 4 but lists ISO on bottle so looks like most brands are now Class 6 as standard.

Ate SL.6 is a similar fluid, with a lower temperature range but also a lower viscosity, that some have used with good success as well. I used typ , personally. Good stuff.

The SL.6 fluid is straight DOT 4 and F. While I doubt you'll have an issue (unless you're tracking it!), it looks like Ate type is the more appropriate choice.
